題名:中等強度有氧舞蹈訓練對身體組成及脂質過氧化物質的影響

     規律的運動習慣,對體重控制及身體健康的促進,都有正面功效,但是過份的劇烈運動卻會帶來自由基的傷害,氧自由基會變成氫氧自由基,引起脂質過氧化作用,會破壞身體的組織、造成傷害、引發疾病。本研究主要目的在了解八週中強度有氧舞蹈訓練對脂質過氧化的影響,實驗以29名女性(平均年齡37.41 ± 9.83 yrs、身高158.62 ±4.79cm、體重55.14 ± 5.74kg)為對象,所有受試者皆為自願參與本研究且無慢性疾病及肝腎功能指數過高者。受試者進行為期八週之有氧舞蹈訓練,每週二次、每次約60分鐘,其運動強度介於70%至80% HRmax,出席率達95%。 所有受試者於訓練前及訓練八週後進行檢測,使用B.I.A 及電子體重計檢測體重、體脂肪百分比、脂肪重、淨體重。訓練前、後抽血取樣,血液樣本經離心(4000rpm、15mins、4℃)取出上層血漿及清洗處理好的紅血球,以市售之酵素組合試劑測定血液中超氧化物歧化(superoxide dismutase, SOD)、氧化型麩胱甘�鞳]glutathion, GSH)、SH基化學物質(SH-group)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)及硫代巴比妥酸反應物質(Thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances, TBARS)濃度,訓練期間規定不得服用維他命C、E。 所得數據以SPSS套裝軟體,經相依樣本t考驗處理,結果顯示是從事八週規律性的有氧舞蹈訓練後,體重、體脂肪百分比及脂肪重量達顯著差異(P<.05),淨體重無顯著差異;脂質過氧化方面,除了血漿SH-group的濃度與訓練前無顯著差異,SOD、GSH、MDA及TBARS的濃度與訓練前的濃度達顯著差異,SOD、GSH濃度增加,而MDA及TBARS有下降的趨勢。 執行八週中等強度的有氧舞蹈訓練,可有效的達到降低體重、體脂肪百分比及體脂肪重量之功能,且長期訓練未造成運動者脂質過氧化的現象。
     The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of body composition and lipid oxidation after moderate-intensity aerobic dance training on female. Thirty women were participated this study (Age=37.6 ± 5.4 years), without liver disease and kidney disease. The were required to perform aerobic dancing 2 times a week, each time for 60 minutes, during the 8-weeking training period. The exercise intensity examined afterwards was around 70% -80% of the maximal heart rate. We analyzed the data with paired-t test. The results were concluded as follows: 1. Body composition: Except lean body weight was no significan difference. Weight, Fat weight, body fat percentage and Bady Mass Index decreased siginificantly. 2. Lipid oxidation: The blood superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), SH-group, molondialdehyde (MDA) and thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS) were measured. Before and after the training, the results indicated that the plasma concentration of SH-group did not change after aerobic dance training. The blood concentration of SOD and GSH increased significantly after training (p<.05). The plasma concentration of MDA and TBARS decreased significantly. It is concluded that aerobic dance training may not cause tissue lipids peroxidation.
