本研究目的是以資源基礎論的觀點探討影響知整合能力的相關因素,以及運用倒傳遞類神經網路的方法,透過94家高科技廠商的實證分析,驗證結果如下: 1當技術知識的外顯程度與路徑相依度愈高時,知整合的合作能力愈高。2.當技術知的複雜程度愈高時,知整合的社會化能力愈高。3.當技術知識的模組化程度愈高時,知識整合的系統化能力愈高;而且知整合的系統化能力在整合運作的效率高,但是運作的範圍和彈性都小;然而知整合的合作能力與運作的效率低,不過運作的範圍小時,其作之彈性較大。4.當知整合的系統化能力和社會化能力較高時,對於核心競爭力的門檻能力和未來性能力有正向且顯著的影響。
This research aims at exploring factors affecting abilities to knowledge integration form the viewpoint of the availability of resources-based and the application of back propagation neural network system. Through a series of empirical validation on 94 high-tech manufacturers, in Taiwan, the research conclude the following results: (1)The higher the dependency between degree of explicitness and path of technical knowledge, the greater the abilities of knowledge integration. (2)The greater the complexity of technical knowledge, the greater the abilities of socialization of knowledge integration. (3)The higher the degree of modularization of technical knowledge, the greater the abilities of systematization in knowledge integration is high, the range and flexibility of operation are small; when the operation efficiency of cooperation in knowledge integration and the range are low, the flexibility is great. (4)When both the systematization and socialization abilities in knowledge integration are grater, the effect on threshold ability in core competence and future abilities are positive and significant.
