The purpose of this study was to analyze injuries among athletics on the competition of National Taipei Teachers College. Sixty-six athletes were recruited as the subjects (26 males and 40 females). This research examined the injury type, location, factor, post injury responses, and attitude of the subjects. This study found that strain (68.2%), sprain (21.2%), and abrasion (12.1%) were the three injured types that most frequently occurred. Leg (83.3%) was the most common injured body part. The two most frequent factors that cause the students' injuries were lack of warm-up (51.5%) and over-practice (24.2%). Most of the injuries occurred in team relays (48.5%), followed by track race (36.4), and field race (21.2%).
