  本研究以國內某政府茶產業研發機構作為個案研究對象,採用訪談法與問卷法進行知識盤點,以瞭解該機構專業人員所掌握的相關知識狀況等資訊,並針對知識特性進行探討,初步結果建議期可供農業研發機構作為進行知識盤點與知識管理的參考。本研究主要發現機構之知識盤點定義與目的在於挖掘與分類所有的知識,以成為共享與新進人員熟悉茶業領域知識之基礎,而不斷循環實施知識盤點將使盤點結果更臻完整;機構的研發及推廣人員認知之組織知識重要程度與專精程度,大致與其部門或工作任務相符。而組織知識外顯難易程度則多以專業知識之外顯程度較高,輔助知識較低;各部門知識保存程度高低並未與知識外顯難易程度與知識重要程度或明顯正相關;茶農知識專家調查結果以此機構內人員為主,其被諮詢資數高者與部門任務相符。
  This study aimed at illustrating knowledge audit processing by literature review, case study and questionnaire to under stand the knowledge of the researchers in the institution. We hope the results would provide some suggestions for related agricultural institution to conduct their own knowledge management project. The research findings have: 1. The meanings and aims of knowledge audit for the Tea Research and Extension Station are to find a generalize the knowledge to be the base of sharing and familiar with works and knowledge; 2. In the researchers’ opinions, the importance of professional knowledge is matched with their departments’ function and mission. In addition, they think that professional knowledge about the works are easier to be externalized than some basic knowledge related to job; 3. The degree of how hard to externalize tacit knowledge and the degree of how much knowledge are preserved for organization are not relative to each other; 4. The researchers of the tea industry R&D institution are really the experts of Tea industry in Taiwan, and they are also the people that others who needs an advisor for tea knowledge would consult to.
