摘 要
  本論文是一個探索性的研究,其目的在探討國內圖書資訊服務業知識管理之實務與其知識資源之組織。本論文的主要研究目的有六項,分別是:一、描述圖書資訊服務業知識管理方面的領導廠商在知識管理與知識組織方面之最佳實務;二、辨識圖書資訊服務業的關鍵知識;三、辨識圖書資訊服務業的知識資源、人際網路、與知識槓桿;四、分析圖書資訊服務業歸類知識資源之標準;五、分析圖書資訊服務業組織知識資源時之影響特質與因素;六、探索圖書資訊服務業知識資源有效組織之方式。
本論文採用文獻分析、問卷調查、以及訪談等研究方法,對我國圖書資訊服務業在知識管理方面的領導廠商飛資得企業做個案研究。研究者分析由問卷調查和訪談蒐集而來的資料之後,以「飛資得企業知識管理與知識組織之最佳實務」、「飛資得企業之關鍵知識」、「飛資得企業之知識資源與人際網路」、「飛資得企業之知識槓桿」、「飛資得企業知識領袖歸類知識資源之標準」、「飛資得企業知識領袖組織知識資源之標準」、「飛資得企業之知識本體架構」、以及「綜合討論」等節呈現研究結果。
根基於研究結果,研究者提出了八項結論,分別為:一、知識管理是圖書資訊服務業重要的管理工具,也是該產業具發展潛力的新商品;二、電腦與資料庫知識和圖書資訊領域專業知識是圖書資訊服務業之關鍵知識;三、關鍵員工的隱性知識是圖書資訊服務業的重要資產;四、圖書資訊服務業內部知識資源的取用,依資源的正式化、機密性、與隱私性的層次,分為個人保管與開架取用兩種類型;五、圖書資訊服務業組織知識資源時,使用的歸類原則不同於圖書資訊界向來主張的學科分類;六、圖書資訊服務業組織知識資源時,重視的標準不限於圖書資訊界向來強調的文獻特質;七、知識本體架構是組織圖書資訊服務業廠商之企業整體知識的有效方法;八、「知識庫」、「人際網路」、和「主題地圖」是圖書資訊服務業主要運用的知識組織方法。最後,綜合研究所得,研究者對飛資得企業、國內圖書資訊服務業其他廠商、國內圖書資訊學教育機構、以及進一步研究方向提出建議。
