風浪板是一種追求速度的水上運動,隸屬於風帆運動其中一種,為奧運會比賽項目之一。當風浪板運動成為競技運動其中的一個項目時,基本運動能力的訓練與培養變得非常的重要。如何讓身體在不穩定的海面保持平衡,不因為掉落海中而影響學習狀況與比賽成績,對風浪板初學者與風浪板選手是極為重要的目標之一,故良好的身體平衡能力是促進、提升風浪板運動表現的重要條件。本研究利用懸吊式繩索的不穩定性,針對風浪板選手,進行為期七天的平衡能力會訓練。觀察訓練前及訓練後身體平衡能力變化及訓練效果出現的時間。結果顯示:平衡能力在第二天出現改善的現象,而平衡能力訓練最佳效果出現於第三天。
Windsurfing belongs to the sailing sport category in the Olympics Games. In the past, windsurfing was regarded as a leisure exercise, so people neglect the importance of basic training and its future influence as a windsurfing career sport. Nowadays the basic training becomes much more essential as windsurfing is no longer considered only as a leisure exercise but also as a professional sport. Keeping balance on the windy and unstable wave is one of the key points of getting a better performance for both beginners as well as professional windsurfing sportsmen. It's also one of the major training items coaches focus on. Based on the above-mentioned facts, we know that the ability to keep balance is one of the most important factors to improve the performance of the windsurfing sport. To simulate the instability we used ropes. We conducted a 7-day balance training program for the amateur windsurfers in Peng-hu, and compared the discrepancy in the ability of the body to balance before and after the training program, as well as the time it took to show training had an influence. The experiment showed (1) improvement in static stability and dynamic balance after completing the balance training program. (2) By the 2nd day there was an obvious improvement in the participants ability in keeping their balance. (3) Results were recorded following the 3rd day.
