本研究以 Mahadevan 所提出的商業模式為基礎,結合 Afuah 與 Tucci(2001)的企業商業模式衡量要素,提出旅遊產業商業模式建構與要素衡量的理論模式,並以此理論模式來探討國內休閒農場業者網站經營商業模式的建立與要素分析。結果顯示休閒農場業者網站經營重要收益來源為拓展營運增加利潤、開發市場資訊不對稱的潛在收益及免費服務或內容的提供等,進而提出其商業模式與建議。另外,以典型相關(canonical correlation)分析休閒農場之商業模式中價值流及物流對收益流的相關性,結果顯示出價值流及物流對收益流均具顯著正相關,且價值流與收益流的相關程度高於物流對收益流的相關程度。
This paper was based on concept of business model proposed by Mahadevan (2000) and measured factors of business model suggested by Afuah and Tucci (2001) to develop the business models of electronic commerce for leisure farm business. The results showed that the business model of the leisure farm was blended of “value-added market-making process”, “increased margins over brick and mortar operations”, “advertising”, “free offerings”, “dis-intermediation” and “information”. Moreover, the suggestions for adopting electronic commerce in leisure farm business were proposed. Finally, the relationships among three revenues streams, namely, value stream, revenue stream and logistic stream were constructed by cannonical correlation analysis.
