Taiwan’s companies have got alliance with Japan’s home delivery service companies from 1998 and started to run in 2000, for example T-JOIN, President Transport Company and Taiwan Pelican Express Company and etc. This research used The Five-Forces Model to understand competitive advantage of this industry, and use The Value-Chain Model to construct the best interaction and relationship between the supplier, company and cutomers. Lastly found out Taiwan Pelican’s problems and the Competition Strategy by using SWOT analysis. This study adopts individual findings through the personal interview with one high level manager and case study towards the individual industry, Taiwan Pelican Express Company.
