對於桌球運動選手而言，運動傷害是運動生命的頭號殺手，我們不難在媒體中看到某一選手，由於突發之運動傷害，而淚灑球場並黯然退出球賽，或者因長期無法根治惱人之運動傷害，而只好高掛球鞋、提前退休。有鑑於此，對於未來即將要成為體育教師或運動教練的體育系學生，就必須嚴肅地去看待國內選手運動傷害的問題。 因此本文希望藉由以往國內學者所做相關研究文獻整理，並以表格方式整理歸納，呈現相關探討文獻結果。並就文獻來討探國內桌球運動者的運動傷害部位、原因及處理方式等情況，以擬訂出有效預防之道，促使從事桌球訓練者能重視選手運動傷害的議題，盼能降低國內優秀選手運動傷害的發生率。

For table tennis players, the sports injury is their career's killer, it is not hard to find a situation that a player cried drop out of the race because of unexpected sports injury or advance the time of retirement due to long-term unable radical cure sports injury. Therefore, a player who wants to become a physical education teacher or a coach must take this issue seriously. The study collects and generalizes past related researches as a form to present the resent. According to past resources, the study focuses on the position, cause, and treatment of injury in order to provide the way to prevent. As a result, the study would like to remind trainers of paying attention to the issue of sports injury to decline the probability that nation's outstanding players suffer the problem.
