The purpose of this research is to take dancing education as foundation to develop the teaching mode of aerobic dance by creative dancing education, and to display the basic elements of creative dancing which is integrated with aerobic dance teaching. The choreography of aerobic dance can be a variety of ways by adding basic elements such as dimensions, time, strength and flow. Therefore, the instructor can draw those elements on them for aerobic dance curriculum. By doing so, the learners can get the general idea n advance and furthermore, they will strengthen the impression of basic movement. In brief, according to the ideas and the design of creating elements mentioned above, aerobic dance courses not only become more diversified to turn with fun but also provide the reference of aerobic dance curriculum design in future.
