本研究針對創業經營成功的「85 度C 」連鎖咖啡集團負責人吳政學,以探索性個案分析,就企業主的創業歷程,探索企業的創業精神。本文分別以創新性、企業承擔風險與主動性這三個構面來分析企業的創業精神;企業主透過創業機會的辨識,產生企業獨特的競爭優勢,本文就其競爭優勢的基礎與來源、做進一步探討。過去關於創業理論的個案,大多偏向創業結果分析,此篇貢獻在於以創業理論為基礎,重新檢視創業精神特徵,並利用產業經濟資料確立創業機會的生成,對企業掌握機會的稀少性與獨特性,使得企業在商品、管理和技術上的業態創新產生持久競爭優勢。
Entrepreneurship is important to competitive advantage and value creation for business in the highly competitive environment. This study investigates the innovation process of entrepreneur, Wu Cheng Hsueh and explores entrepreneurship with innovativeness, risk-taking, and proactiveness. Nowadays the literature of entrepreneurship turns into discuss on opportunity identification, but little mentions about macroeconomic effects. This paper provides external economic data to verify the opportunity identification which entrepreneur could exploit that to create successful innovation in products, management and technology.The results of our study suggest that there are reasons for 85 Degrees Coffee to have competitive competence. First, there exist distinct opportunities while the market is growing and competition is high, business which can provide heterogeneity product at best efficacy have the monopoly power in the market. Second, it’s Wu Cheng Hsueh’s entrepreneurship and ability to insight all kinds of opportunities and make the appropriate strategy to build innovative business style in coffee chain stores.
