應用磁振造影技術 (magnetic resonance imaging, MRI) 可準確的分析左心室質量 (left ventricular mass, LVM) 、射血分數 (ejection fraction, EF) 、心縮末期容積 (end-systolic volumes, ESV) 、心舒末期容積 (end-diastolic volumes, EDV) 、心輸出量 (cardiac output, CO)、心縮及心舒末期心肌厚度、主動脈血流量。目前研究可應用磁共振 造影技術配合與MRI 相容的腳踏車,可有效的觀察分析運動訓練後左心室在運動進行 中型態、構造和功能的改變。
