現代人生活忙碌,平時不易抽出一段長時間來從事運動,因此缺乏時間便成爲大多數人不做運動的主要理由之一,許多健康促進與運動科學專家們便不斷思索與研發,鼓勵忙碌的現代人積極參與運動的有效策略與方法。漸進融合環狀訓練是一種新興的健身運動,其特性爲依據傳統循環訓練的理念,將訓練器材排成環狀,並搭配適當音樂及指導員,以結合有氧運動與新式液壓阻力器具;優點爲交替進行有氧運動與阻力運動,且可依個人體能狀態與訓練需求來調控訓練負荷,並提高參與者成就感、參與動機與運動樂趣;訓練效益也經研究證實,可有效增強人體的肌肉適能、心肺功能與整體健康。本文論述此訓練之原理與與健身效益,期可提供忙碌而缺少運動的現代人一個經濟、快速且有效的健身運動選擇。
