題名:軍事社會化的道德形塑與道德認知發展--軍事道德認同導向與社會認同導向

受儒家修身的道德觀影響,傳統武德強調將帥的品格修養,忽視軍隊的工具性目標與軍人的本質,這個現象是否仍存在於現代的軍事組織當中?本研究之目的在於瞭解軍事社會化的過程中,個人道德品性與軍事組織價值理念熟輕熟重?藉由道德認知發展的觀點,使用軍事社會化及DIT量表進行問卷調查,以階層迴歸方式分析,採北部某軍校二年級100員學生為樣本,有效問卷人數為66人,研究結果顯示軍事社會化有助於強化軍隊價值特質,轉化以儒家文化為主導的義務論道德認知,轉向以結果為導向的道德認知。足以說明軍事社會化有助於強化軍隊特殊的職業道德,卻降低了社會道德的認同,證明軍隊受工具性目標與職業特質的影響,強化了某些軍事道德價值,而這些價值在某種程度上異於社會道德,使得軍校生在受軍事社會化的過程中,逐漸減緩甚至降低道德認知的發展程度。
This research lies in finding out the course of military socialization. The intensive one is the military organization's value and idea comparing with the personal moral character. With the view of cognitive development, regarding 100 cadets of the academy in northern Taiwan as samples, using military socialization and DIT scale to carry out questionnaire investigation, it shows that the deeper the cadets’ military socialization is, the lower the social moral identification they have. This reveals that the military socialization facilitates strengthening army's special professional ethics, but slowing down the identification of social morals. It proves that the army is influenced by some specific goals and vocational elements. Military socialization has strengthened some professional ethics value, and the value is different from social morals to a certain extent. It gradually reduces cadets’ moral identification development during the process of militarily socialization.
