本研究旨在藉由非運動競賽型之寵物飼養者的行爲,探討認真性休閒職涯的發展歷程。透過滾雪球抽樣、深度訪談及紮根理論的操作做爲資料收集與分析的方法,並由小楊子的龜窩論壇篩選出符合本研究目的的受訪者,以檢視其如何發展爲橫跨飼養者生命歷程且深度參與的活動。研究結果指出,爬寵飼養活動具有職涯性,並依循著五個階段演進,分別爲「新奇觀望」、「接觸探索」、「網路資訊交流」、「線上/線下人際擴張」與「穩定/衰退」等階段;共萃取出五組因果條件、七組脈絡條件、五組中介條件、五組行動/互動策略,以及五組結果。依據結果,進一步針對「社群與個人認真性休閒發展」及「爬寵飼養之認真性休閒職涯與典型認真性休閒路徑的異同處」等議題進行討論,並據此提出後續研究建議。
The purpose of this study attempts to explore the career path of non-game pet owners from the view of serious leisure theory. Snowball sampling, in-depth interview and Grounded theory were applied to the interviewee who fitted the research purpose, and were chosen from the Netnews of turtle-family. The study results indicated that there are five stages existing in the career, and the essence of five career stages of non-game pet owners are illustrated clearly, five sets of causal conditions, seven sets of context, five sets of intervening conditions, five sets of action/interaction strategies, and five sets of consequences are applied in this model. According to the study results, there are two themes discussed in this research, one is the importance of community to the development of serious leisure career, and the other is the comparison of serious leisure career stages between Stebbins' (1992) and this research. Finally, the results provided significant implications for future researches.
