題名:誰在耕讀,耕讀為誰?--耕讀童年行動圖書館之行政管理再探

大學圖書館向以支援校內師生之教學與研究為主,但受價值創新思維影響之故,國立屏東教育大學圖書館成立「耕讀童年行動圖書館」,將圖書館服務對象從校內延伸至高屏兩縣偏遠地區的小學,藉由大學圖書館專業團隊的投入,讓偏遠地區學童從國小一年級至六年級每二個月均有不同的圖書可以閱讀,以促進地方教育發展。本研究透過訪談、觀察、文件收集等方式,探究個別會員學校在行政上對「耕讀童年行動圖書館」資源的管理與閱讀推動之情形,研究結果發現:空間、設備、人力三項因素為「耕讀童年行動圖書館」會員學校在圖書資源行政管理之關鍵,而對「耕讀童年行動圖書館」圖書資源之運用程度則各校不一,端 視圖書資源之充裕度而定。另外,會員學校運用「耕讀童年行動圖書館」資源推動閱讀,在借閱人數、借閱冊數、心得發表、學習單完成等之成效頗為顯著,而「耕讀童年行動圖書館」之運作模式,在學校閱讀推動、教師教學、學生學習等層面均頗有效益,值得繼續推廣。
The objective of university libraries always focuses on supporting the need of teaching and research, but the library of the National PingTung University of Education (NPUE) extends its function based on the concept of service innovation. The NPUE library expands its service capacity to remote areas and promotes the development of local education by establishing the Action Library for Childhood Reading (ALCR). The library team devotes their expertise to helping elementary school children at remote areas of Kaohsiung and Pingtung counties by reading various books every two months from the first grade to the sixth grade. By interviews, observations, and document collections, this study investigates the administrative management of each member school to the resources provided by ALCR. Results indicate that space, facility, and human resources are the keys of the administrative management of each member school. In addition, each member school's utilization of ALCR resources for reading activities differs from each other depending on the sufficiency of books. Moreover, the number of students borrowing books, books borrowed, reading feedbacks, and assignments finished is significantly increased at schools utilizing ALCR resources. Furthermore, the implementation of ALCR model worth promoting for its benefits to reading advocacy, teachers' teaching, and students' learning.
