題名:三分線距離改變對籃球選手投籃時腦波頻率之影響

本研究目的在探討籃球三分線距離的改變,對選手在執行投籃動作時,大腦6個電極(Fz, Cz, Pz, Oz, T3, T4)、α1(8~10Hz)、α2(10~13Hz)二個頻率及額葉中線(Fz)θ波(4~8Hz)頻率的功率會產生何種影響?16位大專籃球第三級前四強的選手參與這項研究,每位選手在原三分線距離及新三分線距離各投籃25次,投籃時的腦波活動由多頻道腦波儀記錄後進行分析。根據二因子重複量數變異數分析的統計結果顯示:一、投籃命中率:原三分線投籃命中率為63.71%,新三分線投籃命中率為46.57%;二種投籃距離之命中率有顯著差異。二、α1波:6個電極在二種三分線距離均無顯著差異;時間因素有主要效果,出手前2秒及前1 秒之α1功率顯著大於出手前3秒。三、α2波:6個電極在二種三分線距離均無顯著差異;時間因素有主要效果,出手前2秒及前1秒之α2功率顯著大於出手前3秒。四、額葉中線θ波:選手在原三分線距離顯著高於新三分線距離;時間因素有主要效果,出手前2秒之θ功率大於前1秒。本研究結論:籃球選手在原三分線距離投籃時,6個電極之α1及α2功率,隨著投籃時間接近均呈現逐步增加的趨勢,但是在新三分線距離投籃時的趨勢則較不顯著;籃球選手在原三分線投球時的額葉中線θ波則顯著高於新三分線距離,顯示出作業的熟悉度確實會影響大腦訊息處理的過程,特別是與注意力有關的表現。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of increased distances of three-point shooting on electroencephalography (EEG) frequency. The impact generated by the power of the six channels of cerebral cortex (Fz, Cz, Pz, Oz, T3, T4), and alpha1 (8~10Hz), alpha2 (10~13Hz), and frontal midline theta (4~8 Hz) not yet known. Sixteen basketball players, who were the final four of the third level in University Basketball Association (UBA), participated in this study. All players needed to complete 25 shots at the original and the new three-point line respectively. The brain wave data of shooting were analyzed after obtaining multiple channels EEG. According to the mixed design two-way ANOVA; the results demonstrated that 1. The shooting ratio was remarkably different as we found 63.71% in the original three-point line and 46.57% in the new line. 2. Alpha1 power was not significantly difference between two distances in six channels. However, time factor was concerned as the main effect. 3. Similarly alpha2 power also had no difference between two distances in six channels, but time factor was concerned as main effect. Both alpha1 and apha2 powers at pre 2 s and pre 1 s before shooting were higher than pre 3 s. 4. Players' frontal midline theta power was higher at original three-point line than the new one. Time factor was concerned as main effect. Theta power at pre 2 s before shooting was higher than pre 1 s. This study concluded that alpha1 and alpha2 powers at six channels had an increased trend, when basketball players were shooting at original three-point line. However, the increased trend was not significant, when shooting performed at new three-point line. The basketball players had higher frontal midline theta power at the original three-point line than new three-point line. These findings revealed that the degree of familiarity of the task would affect the information processing of brain, especially performance related to attention.
