公共關係,乃是任何個人或團體事業成敗的最大關鍵所在。公共關係之良窳,是關係一個機關團體或個人事業成敗與否的主要關鍵因素。在社會正處於急遽變遷、而國家競爭力亟待提昇、以確保民眾高品質的現代化生活之際,任何國家之機關團體或是個人之企業,無不重視公共關係工作之研發與促進,否則是很難達成其工作績效之預期效果,甚而危及其本身事業之生存與發展。公共關係之主要功能乃是在促進企業與一切相關團體的雙方溝通,不但將其政策積極面告知社會大眾,使這些團體因而對公司產生良好之印象,以確保企業經營之成功。環顧當前邁向全球化,世界村來臨的時代,各國無論是其政府機關或是公司行號,若沒有公共關係之觀念,有規劃的做好公共關係工作的話,則將無法順利的推展其業務。
Public relations are the key to success or failure of the career for any individuals or groups. That is, public relations are the key factor that determines career success or failure. In the society which is undergoing rapid changes and the urgent need to enhance national competitiveness, all the authorities of any country groups or individual enterprises focus on R & D and promotion of the public relations in order to ensure the high quality of the people's modern life. Otherwise, it is very difficult to achieve the expected results of their work performance, and even endangers the survival and development of their own careers. The main function of public relations is a good communication between both sides such as the enterprise and other related groups, informing the public of the positive aspects of its policy, so that the enterprise makes a good impression on the public to ensure the success of the business. With the tendency of globalization and the advent of the global village era, both the government authorities and the enterprises should emphasize public relations and make good plans for them so that they can successfully carry out their business.
