休閒運動安排仍為運用自由時間的主軸，健康議題亦成為社會重要的脈動，如何降低繁忙所帶來的壓力與緊張的情緒，是值得研究探討的課題。警察人員如何將休閒運動落實於生活中，是目前重要的課題之一。本研究主要目的主要透過一系列嚴謹的統計分析程序，以檢驗「警察人員休閒運動參與阻礙量表」。此量表有三個因素，分別命名為「人際阻礙」、「內在阻礙」、「建構阻礙」。總共221位警察人員進行驗證性因素分析，研究結果顯示觀察變項與潛在變項皆具有良好的信度、收斂效度與區別效度。

The arrangement of recreation sports is still the central idea of using free time and the health issues are also becoming the significant beating of our society. The subject of how to reduce the pressure and tension which are caused by busy life is worthy to discuss. And the approach for police officer to play recreation sports practically is one of those important issues so far. The main purpose of this research is to inspect the "The Questionnaire for leisure/ sports constraints on police officer" by means of a series of analytical procedures with precise statistics. There are three factors in this scale, which are separately named as "Interpersonal Constraints", "Intrapersonal Constraints" and "Constructive Constraints". There are 221 police officers proceeded the confirmatory factor analysis in total, and the outcome shows credibility, convergent validity and discriminant validity for both observed variables and latent variables.
