題名：驗證慢速壘球參與者與休閒阻礙、休閒處置策略與休閒參與頻率結構模式之研究

本研究目的在驗證休閒阻礙、休閒處置策略與休閒參與之結構模式，並考驗休閒處置策略在休閒阻礙與休閒參與頻率間存在之關係。本研究以立意抽樣方法針對2012年總統盃慢速壘球錦標賽參賽選手為研究對象，共取得509份有效樣本。所得資料以LISREL 8.80套裝軟體進行結構模式適配檢定，結果顯示此結構模式具有良好適配度與精簡度（χ2/df=1.97（χ2=137.659、df=70、p=0.00）、GFI=0.966、SRMR=0.044、RMSEA=0.042、NNFI=0.971、CFI=0.978、PNFI=0.736，CN=415.37）。其中休閒阻礙對休閒處置策略有顯著正向影響（標準化係數=0.35），休閒處置策略對休閒參與有顯著正向影響（標準化係數=0.21），而休閒阻礙透過休閒處置策略而影響休閒參與的間接效果（0.07），大於休閒阻礙對休閒參與的直接效果（-0.04），休閒處置策略在結構模式中扮演著中介重要角色。建議未來研究應針對其他遊憩活動參與者進行探討，以驗證本研究模式之外展效度（external validity），俾利提升模式整體之解釋力。
The purposes of this study were to test a structural model of leisure constraints, leisure negotiation strategies, and leisure participation; and to confirm the role leisure negotiation strategies played between constraints and participation. A random sampling method was used to obtain 509 valid participants in the 2012 National President Softball Competition. The proposed structural model was tested using LISREL8.80. The results provided well support for the structural model (χ2/df =1.97(χ2=137.659, df=70, p=0.00), GFI=0.966, SRMR=0.044, RMSEA=0.042, NNFI=0.971, CFI=0.978, PNFI=0.736, CN=415.37). Findings showed that leisure constraints had significant positive effects on different leisure negotiation strategies (γ=0.35); negotiation strategies also had significant positive effects on participants' leisure participation frequencies (γ=0.21); leisure constraints had no significant effect on participation frequencies (β=-0.04). However, negotiation strategies mediated the relationship between leisure constraints and participation frequencies. Future research confirming the external valid of the proposed model in the present study with different samples and in other settings seems to be required.
