由於氣候擁有巨大的破壞力，某些國家試圖利用氣象的特性發展新一代戰爭武器，以人為方式改造氣象條件達到軍事目的。本文研究發現，以人類目前所擁有的科技能力，還不足以生產具有毀滅性的氣象武器，但為了避免未來氣象武器發展成功之後被濫用，對地球生態造成難以彌補的傷害，因此國際社會應限制各國將氣候科學應用在以戰爭為目的之活動，避免人類陷入失控的氣候浩劫。

Owing to climate has immense destructive power, some countries try to develop new generation ultimate weapons through manipulation of weather conditions, so as to apply in military uses. Nevertheless, this research finds out that the technology owned by human beings have not yet had the capability to produce tremendous destructive weather weapons. But, international society should prevent a future disaster by abusing weather weapons once they are maturely produced through prohibition of the use of weather modification techniques for military purposes.
