在極端氣候的議題下韌性防災的概念可以分成調適與減緩兩個主要手段,本研究倡議適性皮層的概念,企圖將智慧建築在皮層上的發展與韌性防災的概念相互的結合,發展出同時具備調適與減緩功能的韌性建築。本研究提出「智慧仿生濾網(Smart Bio-Filter)」的構想,以(1)仿生機制、(2)環境過濾、(3)智慧回應三個主要的面向架構出主要的執行內容與方針,使原本僅作為消極阻擋與保護的建築立面,轉變成具備主動減緩與互動調適的智慧建築適性皮層。在具體的執行上,本研究透過Dynamo 引擎發展出開放性的調適控制系統,由(1)中央式控制系統與(2)分散式控制系統兩個子系統混和而成。本研究同時也實作出適性皮層的可動原型,並將其與調適控制系統加以連結進行實際的運作測試,以驗證其對於韌性防災的實質功效,希冀打造出綠色而智慧的韌性城市新典範。
There are two approaches, including adaptation and mitigation, to achieving the notion of resilience. In this paper, we propose the project called Smart Bio-Filter to integrate those two approaches in order to shape the concept of a resilient building. The Smart Bio-Filter consists of a bionic mechanism, eco filtering, and smart response, which can turn the building façade into an adaptive skin. The system of Smart Bio-Filter is based on the Dynamo engine which supports open data structures to develop the adaptive control system. Two sub-systems including the central control system and distributed control system define the practical functions associated with adaptation and mitigation. We also fabricate the kinetic components of adaptive skin and link it to our adaptive control system. The outcomes not only demonstrate the potential application of resilient buildings, but also inspire the development of green and smart resilient cities in the future.
