The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship among the elementary school students' recreational sport benefits, social support and well-being, and to analyze if social support had any effects on their recreational sport benefits and well-being they had gotten or not. Participants were the fifth and sixth grade students in the 103th academic year in Song Jhu Elementary School in Taichung. Surveys were conducted through comprehensive sampling, and a total of 406 questionnaires were collected as valid data, descriptive statistics are done by Spss, the findings of this study were as follows:1. The elementary school students' recreational sport benefits could positively predict the well-being they would get. To be more specific, factors of recreational sport benefits such as heart health benefits and social benefits had significant and positive effects on the well-being that the elementary school students' would get. 2.The interactions between the elementary school students' recreational sport benefits and social support had effect on the well-being; interactions between heart health benefits of recreational sport benefits and support of parents, had positive effects on the life satisfaction of well-being they would have gotten. Finally, suggestions for parents, educational administrative and direction for future research were made according to the discussions and results of the study.
