本研究旨在探討中部地區「張老師」實施團體督導之現況及改進意見,除以文獻分析方式探討有關團體督導之理論發展及國內之相關研究外,並以問卷調查方式,搜集中部地區「張老師」對團體督導實施現況之意見。 本研究以中部地區「張老師」,含台中及彰化兩個「張老師」諮商中心之現任「張老師」共81人為實際調查對象,而以自編之「合中地區張老師實施團體督導現況調查問卷」為調查工具,調查所得經統計分析後,獲得下列主要發現: 1.中部地區「張老師」之團體督導取向接近個案呈現方法取向督導方法。 2.中部地區「張老師」對團體督導經驗具正向之回 饋。 3.中部地區「張老師」認為團體督導經驗對義張最重要的影響乃在促進義張的自我成長與專業成長。 4.督導與一般義張在團體督導現況的看法上頗為一致,但仍在不同項目上有若干系統性差異。 5.不同背景之義張對團體督導之部分看法有所差異。 6.中部地區「張老師」對團體督導的反應意見共包括 (1) 團體督導時間的不足與效率的再提昇, (2) 督等風格差異的適應, (3) 督導員的培訓與進修, (4) 督導做法上的調整與技巧上的改進等四方面。 根據上述發現,本研究亦從實際的觀點提出了改進現況之建議。
The purpose of this study is to survey the current implementation of group supervision for the "Teacher Chang" counseling center in central Taiwan. Eighty-one counselors of the "Teacher Chang" Youth counseling Centers in Changhua and Taichung were surveyed. The major findings are as follows: 1. The implementation of group supervision for the Counseling Centers was toward a case presentation approach. 2.The counselors of the centers gave positive feedback to the experience of being supervised. 3.The most important influence of group supervision on counselors of the "Teacher Chang" counseling Center was an increase in self-growth and profess-ional growth in the counselors. 4.There were few differences between supervisees' and supervisors' opinions of the current implementation of group supervision. 5.There were some differences among supervisees of different background in the opinions of the current implementation for group supervision. 6.At the "Teacher Chang" Centers, some needs for the implementation of group supervision, which were proposed by counselors, are as follows: a. More time and efficiency for implementation of group supervision. b. Adjustment to differences in supervision styles. c. More pre-service and in-service training. d. More individualization and improvement of supervision skills. Based on the above mentioned findings at this study, the investigator proposed some suggestions for further improving group supervision at the "Teacher Chang" Center.
