     為改進國民中學生物教材中遺傳相關單元的教學,特針對學生遺傳學習 易犯錯的觀念:(1)染色體兩兩成對的"對"的觀念;(2)減數分裂時染色體的變化及移 動;以及(3)基因--性狀--染色體的"關係",製作簡易且易於在黑板操作的教具,並 配合所設計的教案,強調:(1)細胞中染色體成"對"的觀念;(2)減數分裂時染色越的 複製及移動情形,以及(3)基因位於染色體並控制性狀遺傳的觀念。在教學上強調 學生的參與,在上述三觀念教學時,先由教師示範,再由學生示範,最後由各個 學生操作,使每個學生對這三個觀念都有機會親身操作。 為驗證上述改進遺傳教學的成效,特利用實驗研究法,實驗組教師採用本研究所 設計的教具、教案以及教學方法;而對照組教師未作改變,用其慣用的教學方式 進行教學。利用前測及後測,以檢驗兩組的教學成效,結果發現實驗組與對照組 學生在學習成就成長分數上達顯著差異水準,實驗組較對照組佳,由本研究顯示 改進的遺傳教學方法能對國中遺傳教學造成較佳的教學成效。
     According to .the results of the paper-pencil instrument and theinterview instrument, the researcher designed the teaching strategy inorder to improve genetic instruction in junior high schools. The mainpoints of this teaching strategy are: 1. to emphasize the conceptsrelated to "the recognition of homologous chromosomes," "the process ofmeiosis," and "the relationships between genes, chromosomes, and traits;"2. to encourage students' active involvement in the instruction; 3. touse the designed instructional tools for genetics teaching. This teaching strategy was studied by fourteen pairs of teachers.The experimental teachers had been attended a one-day program forintroducing and practicing this teaching strategy. After three weeks ofinstruction, there were significant differences between achievementscores of expeimental classes and control classes. The scores ofexperimental classes were better than the control classes'.
