     本研究採用個案研究法,主要是觀察國中理化科教師在進行實驗教學時,其教學模式以及教師與學生的互動情況。個案教師包括兩位任教於同一所國中的女性教師:一位是剛由師大分發的實習教師,另一位則有十六年教書經驗並曾獲頒「師鐸獎」。 研究結果顯示:兩位個案教師均富教育熱忱,關心學生並且非常重視實驗課程。由於資深教師有良好的教室經營策略,能夠有效地控制學生的秩序及課程進度,故其上課型態多樣化;然而,實習教師因為缺乏經驗,常忙於控制學生的秩序而無法有效地運用各種教學策略。
