     本研究以概念分析法建構「對科學(生物學)的態度」之概念結構及其成分,做為編製評測「對生物學的態度」的工具之理論依據。研究結果顯示,「對科學(生物學)的態度」包含了(1)對科學(生物學)的態度,(2)對學習科學(生物學)的態度,(3)對參與科學(生物學)探討活動的態度,和(4)對科學家(生物學家)及科學相關生涯的態度等四項成分。本研究同時以臺北地區之國中一年級學生為業象,發展並效化「對生物學的態度量表」(ATBS)。結果顯示,「對生物學的態度量表」之「內部均質性信度」達0.97,S1~S4四個分量表的信度分別為0.89,0.92,0.88,和0.87,均十分理想。內容效度、同時效度和構念效度的考驗以及因素分析的結果均顯示,ATBS為一項十分可信、可靠的態度量表。
     The study employed concept analysis technique to identify the conceptual structure and components of attitudes toward science (biology). The instruments for assessing attitudes toward biology can then be developed based on the conceptual structure and components identified. The results indicated that attitudes toward science (biology) consisted of four components, namely, attitudes to science (biology), attitudes to learning of science (biology), attitudes to participating science (biology) inquiry activities, and attitudes to scientists (biologists) and science (biology)-related careers. The Attitudes Toward Biology Scale (ATBS) was developed and validated using seventh grade students of Taipei area as subjects. The results indicated that the internal consistency reliability of the ATBS and the fours subscales, S1 to S4, were 0.97, 0.89, 0.92, 0.88, and 0.87 respectively. The content validity, concurrent validity and construct validity of ATBS were satisfactory. In addition, factor analysis was conducted to investigate the factorial structure of the ATBS. The results of the study indicated that the ATBS is a reliable and valid instrument for assessing attitudes toward biology.
