　　　　　本論文在分析後現代主義人權論述的基本策略時，一方面揭示這一論述的解構主義原則的基本內容及其弔詭性，另一方面也深入分析後現代主義對於近現代傳統人權理論的批判。因此，論文的架構同時地考慮到對於後現代主義新人權觀的分析和他們對於傳統人文主義的批判。論文還重點地探討了作為人權理論核心的自由觀，深入分析後現代主義對於自由的絕對訴求的矛盾性。

　　　　　Treating the postmodern concept of human right not as systematic theoretical one, but as a strategic discourse to deconstruct the traditional modern humanist theory, this paper focus on the deconstruction principles, on the basis of which, the postmodern thinkers, Michel Foucault, Jacques Derrida and Jean-Francois Lyotard in particular, criticize radically the logoscentrism and the ideology character of western traditional idea of human right. Futhermore, this paper explores principally the postmodernist discourse of “Man” and the key concept of “Liberty”, regarded as the ultimate concern and the very nature of human being.
