本研究旨在探討諮商未成年當事人所涉及的主要倫理問題。本文採文獻分析方式，依次以壹、前言z─倫理與法律的糾結；貳、諮商未成年當事人的倫理問題；參、結語、知其權限，進退有據，等三章對此一問題加以探究。 第壹章：前言，旨在說明問題背景及筆者之研究動機與目的。 第貳章：諮商未成年當事人的倫理問題，主要從倫理與法律的相關概念依序探討：一、未成年人的權力；二、家長監護權、父母的衝突與離婚的衍生問題；三、機構的考慮；四、知後同意權；五、保密、溝通特權與記錄的保管；六、保密的例外、預警責任與舉發；七、性方面的問題；八、雙重關係等主題。 第參章：結語，旨在針對全文內容加以統整，並從一、公共政策方面；二、專業學會方面；三、諮商員教育機構方面；四、諮商機構方面及五、諮商員個人方面，等各層面提出可行的建議及努力的方向。
The purpose of this study is to discuss the ethical issues in Counseling Minor clients. Literature review was analyzed to explore these issues in three chapters. In chapter one, preface, the background of the problem and the purpose of this study are charified. In chapter two, the ethical issues in counseling minor clients are analyzed by related ethical and legal concepts sequentially, as follows: 1. the rights of minors 2. the ethical issues of custody 、conflict and divorce of parents 3. considerations of settings 4. the issues of informed consent 5. confidentiality, privileged communication and recording 6. confidentiality exceptions、the duty to warn and reporting 7. the problem of sexual activities 8. the ethical problem of dual relationship. In chapter three, conclussion suggestions for actions were proposed on five dimension: public policy、professional association、counselor education institute counseling practice setting and professional counselor.
