　　　　　目的：探討音樂治療對燒傷病患換藥之疼痛程度、生理反應、心理感受的成效。方法：採準實驗設計法，將六十位燒傷病患分為實驗及控制組。實驗組病患換藥時提供音樂治療，控制組病患則接受病房換藥常規。音樂治療之成效以「疼痛程度評量」、「生命徵象變化量」、「身體症狀評量表」以及「心理感受評量表」評估，統計分析方面採單因子共變數分析及薛費氏事後比較考驗音樂治療的成效。結果：音樂治療能減輕燒傷病患換藥之疼痛程度；減緩心跳、呼吸、指溫的變化；降低身體症狀及改善心理感受；對收縮壓、舒張壓的變化則無顯著效果。結論：音樂治療對燒傷病患換藥之身心層面具有正向效益，醫療人員可將之推廣運用，以提供人性化與藝術化的臨床照護。
　　　　　Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of music therapy on pain, physiological responses and psychological perception of burn patients during dressing change. Method: A quasi-experimental design was used in the study. Sixty adult burn patients were assigned to either experimental or control groups. The experimental group received music therapy during dressing change while the control group received only routine care. Effectiveness of music therapy was evaluated using vital signs, pain, somatic symptoms, and psychological perception scales. Data were collected before and after the dressing change. Oneway ANCOVA and Scheffe' post-hoc comparison were used for data analysis. Reuslts: Music therapy was effective in decreasing the heart rate, respiration and finger temperature of burn patients during dressing change. It also decreased pain and somatic symptoms, and improved psychological perception. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure were not affected by the music therapy. Conclusion: Music therapy has beneficial effects for burn patients. It helps to provide humanistic care for the patients and can be used to improve the quality of care.
