　　　　　音樂在人們的日常生活中佔極大部份，也扮演著極重要的角色，更有許多文獻指 出音樂在身、心疾患上具有療效。本文茲針對精神科護理領域提供：生理、心理、精神症狀 、人際互動與促進溝通等五部份的文獻探討，並說明適用於：緩和憤怒、去除憂鬱、減輕憎 惡與嫉妒心、撫平悲傷、治療偏頭痛、克服心因性腸胃障礙，以及降低血壓等適用範圍，文 末並特別敘述在支持性、互動性與催化性的個別或團體音樂治療，對於實施以上各類型音樂 治療時，精神科護理人員的角色與功能也分別探討。
