　　　　　Finegold 和 Eilam (1995) 所提出的「教師社會計量分析工具」(TST)，適用於 進行團體互動分析。 研究者建構一個分析架構，輔以實例說明 TST 應用的方法。根據優缺 點的剖析， 另提出 9 個新指數， GIC 判斷法則和教師社會計量分析矩陣 (Teacher Sociometric Matrix，TSM) 等修正構想，以增進 TST 的分析功能。
　　　　　Teacher Sociometric Tool (TST), proposed by Finegold and Eilam (1995), was suitable for analysis of group dynamic. The researcher proposed a analytic scheme and discussed the application of TST with practical examples. According to the discussions of advantages and disadvantages of TST, 9 new indexes, rule of judgement for GIC and Teacher Sociometric Matrix (TSM) were presented to improve the analytic functions of TST.
