在資訊網路社會中電傳勞動將逐漸成為重要的勞動形態，對於工業社會的勞動關 係體制亦將產生深遠的影響。就個別勞動關係制度而言，電傳勞動的職場態樣轉變了工業社 會職場集中的特性，在勞動的空間秩序上模糊了勞動法傳統的人格從屬性基準，組織從屬性 基準的建立便是重新校準的努力。而家內勞動法之適用，亦有助於電傳勞動關係之規整。在 勞動條件保護上，原為集中職場所設計的勞動保護法制，適用於電傳勞動者的特殊情形時， 將產生某些執行效果上的實務問題。及早有效的掌握其勞動條件問題的性質，是落實勞動保 護法或形成新規範的首要任務。就集體勞動關係制度而言，雖然電傳勞動已逐漸成為勞資間 交涉的對象，而為勞動條件共同形成的內容，但隨著電傳勞動的日漸普及，在相當程度上仍 將威脅工會的生存與交涉力量。未來的電子民主之發展是否能在勞動關係之調整上發揮功能 ，深值探討並應預作規範之整備。

　　　　　As an important form of work organization in the coming Networked Society, Telework has a profound effect on labour relations in the Indstrial Society. For the individual labour relations, the emergence of telework has changed the nature of the old centralized workplace of factory or office work. The remote workplace of telework deviates subordinate employment, the Aristotelian rules of labour law, from the unities of place and work. The appli- cation of home work law can help promote the regulation of labour relations of telework. The remote workplace of telework causes many difficulties when the protective rules of labour condition are put into practice. It is most importance to realize labour protection and formulate new regulation that can effectively characterize the nature of labour condition of telework. For the collective labour relations, with the progressive prevalence of telework, even it has been gradually turned into the object of collective bargaining agreement, nevertheless it threatens the survival and bargaining power of trade union. Whether the development of electronic democracy can be functioning for labour relations of telework, it worths further inquiry and its regulation demands well-thougt preparation.
