本研究以清華大學圖書館為例，調查讀者對大學圖書館各項服務之利用情況， 並 比較大學圖書館讀者服務利用與和項服務之涉入程度之關係。研究發現，不同讀者對各項服 務之利用並不相同。此外，本研究亦發現，大學圖書館的各項服務中，並沒有服務涉入低之 服務項目，則使用率高；或服務涉入高之服務項目，而使率低的情形。

　　　　　This study aimed to examine the service use patterns in university library and to compare the results of service use with the required service involvement. In particular, we found that different groups of readers have different use patterns in the NTHU Library. Furthermore, the results of this study did not show that the lower degree of service involvement the more service use or the higher degree of service involvement the less service use.
