　　　　　論及亞太安全與兩岸關係因素時，美國扮演起最重要的角色。一九九六年三月， 中共軍隊在臺灣海峽進行具有挑釁的軍事演習後，美國調整了其與中國大陸的雙邊關係。美 國對中國大陸政策的調整帶動了臺灣海峽兩岸各自內部與外部關係的調整。本文試圖分析三 者政策作為的調整。
