　　　　　本文的主旨在於釐清環繞在馬克思意識型態理論的一些基本概念，重點集中在探討馬克思意識型態理論中存在的二個主要議題，一是「基礎與上層建築」，另一是「價值」理論及構成此理論最主要的核心：「體現」的概念。前者馬克思早期「意識型態」理論的重要一環，而後者則是他晚期「商品拜物教」理論不可或缺的組成部份。

　　　　　This paper proposes to clarify some fundamental concepts surrounding Marx's theory of "ideology". The analysis focuses on two major aspects of this theory: one is the concept of "base and supersstructure", the other the theory of "value" and its kernel, the concept of Darstellung. The former is one of the important parts of Marx's early theory of "ideology", whereas the latter constitutes the principal element of his later theory of fetishism.
