　　　　　注意力不足過動障礙症主要的症狀為過動、注意力不足與衝動；其診斷細分類於ＤＳＭ－ＩＶ分為三類，臨床所見樣本中似乎以混合型比例最高；許多研究亦顯示混合型併發之行為問題較多；注意力不足過障礙症之病因於神經影像學、神經生化學以及遺傳、分子生物學方面均有許多研究報告；而許多研究及臨床報告均發現注意力不足過動障礙症常併發干擾性行為障礙、焦慮症、憂鬱症、雙極症與學習障礙；其病程常出現長期、慢性化；藥物治療則以中樞神經興奮劑治療為第一線考量、抗鬱劑、α�砲[強劑可用作第二線治療藥物，或與興奮劑併用以加強療效、治療併發的其他精神疾病。

　　　　　The main symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are hyperactivity, distractability and impulsivity. DSM-IV subclassified ADHD into combined, predominantly inattentive, and predominantly hyperactive-impulsive types. The majority of clinically referred cases are classified into the combined type. Cases with a combined type are associated with a higher incidence of behavioral problems than the other two types. Neuroimaging studies, neurochemical studies and molecular studies of ADHD have been reported, which revealed several important findings in the etiologies for ADHD. Comorbidities which frequently occur with ADHD include disruptive behavioral problems, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder and learning disorder. CNS stimulants are the first line of drug treatment for ADHD. Antidepressants,α�畝gonists are frequent second line treatments, and are also used with stimulants in order to enhance the therapeutic response, or to treat the comorbid psychiatric disorders.(Full Text in Chinese)
