探索合作信息查尋與檢索中知識共享影響因素的作用機制與作用強度具有重要理論與現實意義。基于文獻研讀從主體自身、主體之間、主體與環境3個維度構建合作信息查尋與檢索知識共享度綜合指標函數,并利用Matlab工具可視化展現各個維度影響因素對知識共享度影響趨勢的動態演化特征。結果表明:主體自身因素中自我效能對知識共享的影響較知識結構明顯;主體之間的交流溝通對知識共享影響顯著,物理空間距離與社會關系強弱只要保持在恰當水平均能有效促進知識共享;環境因素中的實時情境與技術水平對知識共享均產生影響,兩者影響程度差距不大。
It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the mechanism and intensity of knowledge sharing influencing factors in collaborative information seeking and retrieval. Based on the related literatures,this paper constructs a comprehensive index function of knowledge sharing degree in collaborative information seeking and retrieval from the dimensions of agents,interaction among knowledge sharing agents,and interaction between knowledge sharing agents and environment. And the paper uses Matlab to visualize the impact of influencing factors in different dimensions on knowledge sharing trends dynamic evolution characteristics. The influence of self-efficacy in knowledge sharing is more significant than that of knowledge structure in knowledge sharing agents. The impact of communication among agents is significant on knowledge sharing,and if the physical and space distance and social relationship are maintained at an appropriate level,they can effectively promote knowledge sharing. Both the real-time situation and techniques can influence the knowledge sharing at similar degree.
