本研究以Sarasvathy提出的效果決策邏輯理論為理論基礎,對中國創業者的創業決策邏輯特點進行研究。研究共訪談28名成功創業者,并借助扎根理論對訪談資料進行分析。結果表明中國創業者的創業決策效果邏輯是一個5維結構,包含資源導向、變通性、利用偶然因素、戰略聯盟、可承受損失。成功的創業者和新興領域的初創業者都更傾向于效果邏輯;在相對確定的創業領域,初創業者更傾向于因果邏輯。本研究啟示是創業教育應該注重培養潛在創業者的效果邏輯思維。

Based on the Effectuation proposed by Saras A. Sarasvathy,the present study investigated the characteristics of the entrepreneurial decision-making logic of Chinese entrepreneurs. A total of 28 successful entrepreneurs were interviewed,and the interview transcripts were analyzed using the grounded theory approach.It is found that the effectuation is a 5-dimension structure including resources-orientation,flexibility,exploiting contingencies,alliance and affordable loss. The result also indicates that both successful entrepreneurs and beginners of startup in emerging industries are inclined to effectual reasoning. However,in relatively stable domains,the beginners of startup are more inclined to causal reasoning than successful entrepreneurs. Hence,it is suggested that entrepreneurship education should focus on cultivating effectuation logical thinking of the potential entrepreneurs.
