題名:走向媒介中心的社會本體論?--對歐洲“媒介化學派”的一個批判性考察

近些年來,歐洲傳播與社會研究經歷了一輪"媒介化轉向",已經有頗具規模的學者開始用"媒介化"這一術語重構傳播與社會文化的關系。本文旨在對歐洲"媒介化研究"這一學派做出一個批判性的回顧,從而澄清"媒介化"這一概念的緣起、發展、成型以及反思與限制等等。本文認為,"媒介化社會"脫胎于卡斯特所定義的"信息化社會"這一概念之中。經由學者對于齊美爾的"形式社會學"和"媒介邏輯"的觀念改造引入傳播學研究之中,并最終形成了兩種研究傳統的"媒介化研究"。本文最后還討論該研究取向的一些限制和反思,以期能夠"在所有事物媒介化的時代"為國內傳播學研究開辟新的視角。
Recently,a "mediatization turn" comes into being in the European communication studies. Many scholars start to use the term of "mediatization" to refer to the new reality constructed by media. This paper aims at proposing a historical genealogy of the development of this concept,which includes the origin,development and reflections. This paper argues "mediatizational society" begins from Castells’ "informational society",developing by Simmel’s "formal sociology" and the concept of "media logic".There are two traditions of mediatization studies now. This paper also presents some reflections and limits of mediatization studies in the last part.
