在國家治理的過程中,邊境空間基于邊界線的封閉性與政治性,權力與話語的建構都呈現出一種異于他處的特點,空間話語體系也經歷了一個從王朝時期的"邊緣"到現代國家"邊境"的建構過程。在這個過程中,邊界的劃分在政治策略中發揮了重要作用,權力不僅內化于國家,更貫穿于國家與邊民社會的互動之中。基于邊界線的國家權力在面對國際生成主權的同時,更是將邊民的身體納入一種體系化的規訓制度中,并進一步內化成為邊民的自我規范,在國家權力范圍內指導自己身體的實踐。

In the process of state governance, the construction of power and discourse in the border space is different from that of other places as it is based on the closeness and political nature of the boundary line. The spatial discourse system has also experienced a process from the"edge"of the dynasty to the"border"of the modern state. In this process, the division of boundaries plays an important role in political strategy. Power is not only internalized in the state, but also in the interaction between the state and the society. In the face of international sovereignty, the state power which is based on the boundary line incorporates the body of the border people into a systematic discipline system, and further internalizes itself into the self-regulation of the border people who are therefore enabled to guide their own body practice within the scope of state power.
