Targeted poverty alleviation require innovative society participation in the Targeted poverty alleviation mechanism. this mechanism needs to fully mobilize of the functions of the social capital synergistically assisting poverty alleviation. According to the historical and present statuses of the social capital in the national minority regions of western China,precisely regional poverty alleviation is the shared responsibility of the whole Party and society. Toward this end,the active cultivation of political trust,legal norms,and internet participation play realistic roles in the improvements of precise and synergistic coordinated management mechanism of poverty alleviation with the social capital assistance.
