題名:MAOA基因Rs6323多態性與母親支持性教養對青少年抑鬱的交互作用:素質-壓力假說與不同易感性假說的檢驗

抑鬱的遺傳與環境交互作用(G×E)機制已成為富有挑戰性的前沿課題之一。然而,既有G×E研究大多關注遺傳基因與不利環境的交互作用,相對忽視了積極環境的影響。本研究以1025名青少年為被試,運用問卷法與DNA分型技術,採用間隔3年的追蹤設計(T1小學六年級—T2初中三年級),考察MAOA基因rs6323多態性與母親支持性教養對青少年抑鬱的交互作用以及性別在其中的調節作用,並同時採用新興的探索性與驗證性方法檢驗G×E交互作用的素質–壓力假說與不同易感性假說。結果顯示,MAOA基因rs6323多態性與母親支持性教養行為交互作用於女青少年的抑鬱,母親支持性教養顯著負向預測GG基因型女青少年的抑鬱,但對TT基因型女青少年抑鬱的預測作用並不顯著,該交互作用符合不同易感性假說。MAOA基因rs6323多態性與母親支持性教養對男青少年的抑鬱無顯著交互作用。本研究發現推進了抑鬱遺傳機制的研究,並為不同易感性假說提供新的研究證據。
