題名：離婚前諮商之當事人改變歷程研究

本研究旨在探討離婚前諮商當事人之改變歷程及引發改變之有效諮商策略。採質的研究法，招募四位處於離婚前階段之當事人，接受三至十三次的諮商，並根據訪談及諮商逐字稿進行資料分析。研究發現如下：
1. 當事人的改變歷程是獨特的動態過程會因諮商目標與當事人所處的離婚階段而呈現不同的改變狀況。
2. 決定離婚的當事人須接受婚姻結束的事實，重新調適單身的生活，諮商可視為解除婚姻繫帶的過程。
3. 面臨離婚衝突的當事人在諮商中須先釐清個人需求、評估每一個解決方案的結果後才能做出決定。
4. 決定不離婚之當事人可藉諮商改善婚姻關係。
5. 整體而言，當事人在諮商中的改變歷程呈現探索→洞察→改變的型態。當事人在諮商中經過自我探索後能夠得到洞察與了解，進而引發後續的行為改變。
6. 諮商員折衷地應用評估性策略、認知重建策略、情緒及行為改變策略和促進關係策略。
7. 評估性策略有助於當事人做決定，認知重建及行為改變策略可協助當事人改善婚姻關係。此外，認知重建與情緒改變策略幫助當事人減低負面情緒與認知，而促進關係策略有助於當事人在諮商中自我探索重獲自我力量。
整合研究發現提出對未來研究及諮商工作者的建議。
This study sought to find the change process of client in predivorce counseling and the effective counseling strategies which can initiate such change. A qualitative research design was used to study four clients who received 3 to 13 sessions of counseling. The findings were as follows:
1. The change process of four clients was unique and dynamic which affected by the client’s divorce stage and counseling goal.
2. For the clients who decided to divorce, they accepted the end of the marriage and learned to be single again through counseling. The couseling process aimed to dissolve the marital bond.
3. For the clients in decision ambivalence, they clarified their needs and expectations for marriage, appraised the consquences of each alternatives and made a tentative decision in counseling.
4. The client who decided not to divorce could benefit from counseling in improving marital relationship.
1. The overall change process showed the exploration→insight→change pattern. It suggested a concatenation of exploration, insight and understanding which lead to behavioural change.
6. Counselors eclectically chose assessment strategies、cognition restructured strategies、establishing the relationship strategies、emotion and behavior change strategies.
7. In the general, assessment strategies could facilitate the decision making, cognition restructured and behavior change strategies were effective in improving marital relationship. Cognition restructured and emotion change strategies could lower clients’ negative cognition and emotion. The strategies of establishing the relationship facilitated self exploration and self-empowered of client.
Suggestions for further research and counseling practicer are discussed.
