論文名稱:高雄市職業婦女生涯發展、教育需求及其相關因素之研究

本研究旨在探討高雄市職業婦女生涯發展、教育需求及其相關因素之研究,其研究目的有六:(一)分析職業婦女生涯發展的相關理論與研究,以作為本研究的基礎。(二)了解高雄市職業婦女的生涯發展現況。(三)了解不同職業婦女生涯發展階段的教育需求。(四)了解影響職業婦女生涯發展的影響因素,分析其對生涯發展與教育需求的影響情形。(五)初探職業婦女生涯發展的模式。(六)將本研究之結果提供相關機構作為規劃婦女教育之參考。
本研究採文獻探討、問卷調查、訪談與個案研究法。問卷調查以2200位高雄市職業婦女為研究樣本,調查職業婦女生涯發展與教育需求的量化資料。有效樣本為1728位,回收率78.55%,調查工具為「高雄市職業婦女生涯發展與教育需求調查問卷」,所得資料則透過SPSS與LISREL電腦統計軟體,以二因子變異數分析、單因子變異數分析、典型相關分析、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸與線性結構分析等統計方法加以處理。訪談方面則以「半結構訪問」針對十五位職業婦女進行訪談。個案研究則選取一位職業婦女,透過深度晤談、生活史分析與文件分析,以深入剖析職業婦女的生涯發展與成長歷程,了解職業婦女生涯發展的背景脈絡與相關因素。
本研究獲致如下結論:
一、職業婦女呈現五階段的生涯循環發展模式。
二、職業婦女的生涯發展是動態且具變化的。
三、職業婦女生涯發展處於穩定停滯與挫折衰退階段的人數最多。
四、職業婦女生涯雖呈階段發展的常態,但部分職業婦女別差異卻會影響生涯發展的順序。
五、年齡、學歷、婚姻狀況、子女數、職業等背景變項都會造成職業婦女生涯發展、生涯影響因素、教育需求方面的差異。
六、重大生活事件扮演生涯歷程中的關鍵。
七、職業婦女在不同的生涯發展階段中,具有不同的教育需求。
八、影響職業婦女生涯發展與教育需求的決定性因素,包括家庭支持、個人興趣、同儕關係、工作壓力與工作回饋。
九、家庭支持是最能預測職業婦女生涯發展的變項,其次分別為年齡、婚姻狀況、學歷、同儕關係、工作回饋、職業與子女數。
十、職業是最能預測職業職業婦女教育需求的變項,其次分別為工作壓力、個人興趣、學歷、價值觀念、子女數與婚姻狀況。
十一、職業婦女生涯發展的現況可由本研究之職業婦女生涯發展模式加以解析。
十二、個案研究能深入分析職業婦女生涯發展的心路歷程,剖析複雜的背景脈絡因素。
十三、問卷調查、訪談與個案研究三種方法的整合,可使研究結果更為完整。
依據上述結論,本研究提出下列建議:
一、宣導職業婦女生涯發展的觀念,強化職業婦女生涯發展的自我認知。
二、敦促政府重視並訂定職業婦女生涯發展的相關政策。
三、規劃職業婦女生涯發展的輔導策略,協助職業婦女提昇生涯效能。
四、因應職業婦女的背景差異,提供生涯發展的資源與策略,以促進職業婦女生涯成熟。
五、開闢多元化的職業婦女進修管道,以滿足職業婦女教育需求。
六、針對不同生涯發展階段的職業婦女教育需求,規劃職業婦女在職進修的課程與研習活動。
七、塑造正面且積極的生涯情境,激發職業婦女對工作的生涯承諾。
八、減少職業婦女生涯發展的負面因素,以降低職業婦女生涯挫折與壓力。
九、進一步研究之建議
