     Computer-Mediated Communication has become one of the most popular ways for exchanging information on university campuses in the recent years. Since most of the past related research focus on media characteristics and selection, this research shifts its emphasis toward interpersonal interaction and relationship in CMC. Based upon the understanding of the communication behavior among the faculty members, the staff and the students, the result of this research could reveal the social psychology aspect of the campus CMC users, and provide insights for the campus decision makers in the CMC' system design and information policy formulation.
