題名:我國營造業廠商跨組織模仿行為之研究--以營造廠導入ISO品保標準為例

     雖然ISO 9000系列運用於國內製造業已經是非常普遍的情形,但對於營造業而言卻 是一種新的嘗試。基於此,本研究採取個案研究的方式,深入晤談八家營造業廠商,嘗試從 模仿理論的觀點瞭解營造商導入ISO 9000系列品保標準之動機、方式與成效。除了提出三種 導入動機以及二種導入方式類型之外,也進一步分析了不同導入動機類型與導入方式類型的 配合問題。經過八個個案分析後,發現營造商導入ISO 9000的動機類型能夠決定其導入方式 的類型,亦即決定營造商導入ISO 9000系例品保標準成效的關鍵因素在於營造商的導入動機 而非導入方式;而影響廠商導入的動機而非導入方式;而影響廠商導入的動機主要則有四個 因素:廠商規模、導入時間、政府法令與利害關係人。本研究建議廠商日後導入類似ISO 9000 品保制度時應審慎瞭解本身動機所在,而政府在擬定輔導廠商品質升級政策時應就輔導時 期、輔導對象採取不同措施。
     In this study, I interview 8 Taiwanese construction companies for the influence of interorganizational imitation that affects the quality core of the firms: the introduction of ISO 9000. Drawing on neoinstitutional, learning and strategic choice theory, I distinguish three distinct motives of interorganizational imitation and two distinct modes of interorganizational imitation. Results of case study on 8 Taiwanese construction companies show that motives of imitation rather than modes of imitation determine the success of the introduction of ISO 9000. Furthermore, I find that imitating motives of these firms will be influenced by size, timing of introduction, regulation and stakeholder in the introduction of ISO 9000.
