Starting from the age of twenty, the body's function is getting weak. Aging is an inevitable process as life started. Even the outside factor did speed the aging, however, it's a natural physical change. It includes the increase of age, the decline of energy and adjustment. According to may researches, it can reduce the possibility of affected disease by regular exercise. What's the relationship between exercise and aging? The article provides an integrated discussion including the definition of aging, the speed of aging, the physical characters of aging, the aging psychoanalysis, the relationship between aging and exercise, factors as blood sugar, cholesterol, hypertension, and so on can be control by working on exercises.
