　　本研究依據資源依賴與交易成本理論歸納跨國母子公司間的關係類型，並分析母公司對子公司控制機制的差異及策略架構。實證部份以在大陸設立子公司的台灣企業為研究對象，先透過個案印證命題與假設之合理性，再進行調查研究檢驗不同組織關係之控制機制。結果發現:除產出控制在各種情形均適用外，對大陸子公司資源依賴高而交易成本低的台灣企業傾向派閥控制，反之，則採行為控制。因此，本研究建立組織關係特性與控制決策的策略性架構，做為台灣企業國際化之管理依據;而研究結果也證明了資源依賴與交易成本觀點確能互補地解釋組織間控制決策之前因。
　　According to resource dependence and transaction cost perspectives, the study explored overseas control decisions that are affected by the relationships between the international corporations and their overseas subsidiaries. The empirical samples were Taiwanese companies and their subsidiaries in Mainland China. Our hypotheses were tested by case study and survey research. The results revealed that resource dependence and transaction cost are the crucial antecedents of overseas control. Finally, the strategic framework of control decisions was built in global context.
