資訊化日漸普及的結果，澈底改變傳統的社會結構，當人類開始運用虛擬的資訊工具溝通時，人與人之間、人與組織之間，以及組織與組織之間的互動倫理界線，都將隨之改變。這種結構性的改變，使福利服務的「給」與「取」有更緊密的聯結，社會工作者更應了解如何善用這些資訊工具，使社會工作實務與資訊科技的結合發揮正面的功能，並解決資訊化可能帶來的負面影響。本文嘗試以「資訊化」的概念與運用，初步探討可能帶來的倫理議題以及因應之道。

In the information age, more and more social work practitioners use computers and Internet in their professional service. These changes have some positive effects. On the contrary, they also take some negative effects. Thus, the primary purpose of this study is to explore what are ethical issues in the social work practice in the information age, and how we could do with it.
